Due to circumstances beyond our control, Kings Poker has had to cease organizing Poker Tournaments.

As most of you are aware the Casino´s started to play live poker eight months ago. Part of the agreement for this to happen was that they included a change in the law stating that it was illegal to play organized Poker games outside of a Casino.

This means that despite completing any paperwork previously required by the Junta De Andalucia, ALL Poker clubs / associations / social clubs dedicated to playing recreational Poker were instantly deemed to be illegal, even though many of us have been playing Poker for a number of years.

The only way forward for recreational Poker in Spain is for another change in the law allowing for the future licencing of dedicated Poker Clubs. With this in mind I would urge you to either sign our petition or begin raising petitions from your own Poker Club. You can voice your support via email by including your full name and DNI / ID number.

We would appreciate your comments or suggestions and will be at the club on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays - 8pm to 9:30pm for players who wish to sign our petition supporting our club, or for use of the Internet.
